We believe learning takes in many shapes and forms and that the best learning isn't always in the classroom. A learner learns best when they are engaged and interested in a topic, hence the teachable moment. We believe learning is the construction of knowledge through social interaction with others. We believe authentic experience is critical for constructing knowledge so whenever possible, we try to use a clients real data for learning or at a minimum data that is easy to relate to.

We also believe that a successful instructor is an instructor who is also a learner. We also believe instructing is a passion and an art, not just the mastery of a skill. Not all who master a skill can teach it.
